Pore Purger Cleanser at night
This is something I usually maintain in my skin care routine to keep my pores clean. Clean pores are a gateway to healthy skin. Right now with people spending more time inside with the air conditioning as well as increased stress, pores are taxed making maintaining clean pores is of the utmost importance. Additionally, wearing masks can create moisture that's enhancing breakouts. To combat this I use a charcoal cleanser nightly. It is a fantastic ally.
Goat Milk Milky Rich cleanser in the morning
Goat milk is truly one of those perfect-for-everyone ingredients. It's luscious and decadent for dry skin and helps maintain a healthy oil balance if your skin is oily. It not only gives a nutrient boost to skin so you're "feeding it" "it's breakfast", it also digests the dead skin cells and visibly promotes cellular turnover, reducing the appearance of aging.
Wild Rose Toner
This toner is made from pure plant water, not distilled water and fragrance. Rose hydrosol not only visibly reduces fine lines and wrinkles, it also helps calm cranky, short tempered and nervous energy. Having said that if a product not only reduces signs of aging, but also soothe my mood, I'm in!
Vitamin C serum
This serum is a powerful antioxidant and anti aging boost. I've noticed my skin going through many changes during this pandemic and I'm making sure that my skin care is keeping up with them. Right now, I've noticed my skin is a little lackluster, and since stress can increase aging, I'm using this to combat these issues before they start. Additionally if you're having maskne or breakouts this is fantastic at clearing and keeping them at bay.
Golden Glow Stem Cell Moisturizer
When it comes to preventing aging, this is a superstar. Packed with pumpkin stem cells and Prickly Pear oil it visibly reduces fine lines, wrinkles, crows feet, sagging and discoloration. It's fantastic at both prevention and reversing. Right now about the lifestyle changes, stress and other things going on my life accelerate aging, I need the dense, intense, super charged, full octane powerhouse when it comes to keeping skin youthful.
Creme Fraiche Goat Milk face cream
Normally a really great face oil is enough by itself. Your skin from the neck up needs the oils and the neck down the richer butters. Face oils have the right molecular structure to give the best transdermal absorption. But for the times when faced soil is not enough, I teach a method that I call "seal the deal". This layering technique applies a face cream over a face oil. I do this when my skin is feeling dehydrated. Right now, my diet and stress levels are very different. I have found myself craving comfort foods that I normally do not eat. I'm usually sugar-free, gluten-free and very rarely drink coffee. Right now, I've been craving all of these hydration robbers and my skin is feeling the effects. It is very dehydrated. This combination visibly plumps and hydrates skin immediately. I'm using this particular moisturizer to get that extra boost of goat milk.
Masks
I Alternate between Get Cultured Vegan Probiotic, Antioxidant Lift Goji Berry & Deep Sea Decongesting face masks.
I am never in the shower without a face mask. Look for my next blog on why face masks are best when you use them in the shower. I alternate between the intense pore cleaning Deep Sea (simply a must once a week!), Get Cultured vegan probiotic mask to balance my pH, resurface and keep my skins microbe healthy, and Antioxidant Lift Goji Berry for it's powerful antioxidant antiaging properties.
Save Me Honey, Manna Shower masks
Even though I don't have breakouts, Save Me Honey is a staple in my skin care routine. I use it 1 to 2 times a week to make sure I'm resurfacing my skin and getting all the gunk out of my pores. Manna is also a product that I use quite often. Again, I use this 1 to 2 times a week in the shower to make sure I'm exfoliating enough, turning over my dead skin cells, and packing in the antioxidants.
